Our team includes dietitians, a nurse practitioner, and an osteopathic manual practitioner, working together to make your health journey feel simple, supportive, and sustainable. We specialize in gut health, hormones, weight management, and chronic disease prevention and care.

We take an integrative, whole-person approach, that incorporates nutrition, lifestyle, and daily habits in a way that’s personalized to you. Our goal is to support your mental, emotional, and physical health with changes you can actually stick with, so that you feel better and can enjoy the things you love in life!

Nutrition Services

  • Initial Consultation (60 min)

    • A detailed review of your health history, labs, medications, supplement use, and current lifestyle and health goal setting

    • Dietary Intake Assessment

    • An individualized Nutrition Care Plan, with nutrition, lifestyle, customized supplement protocols and other recommendations including labs and resources

    Follow Up Appointment (30min | 50min Available)

    • Consultations include reviewing your current progress, symptoms, answering questions, providing additional resources, and exploring further strategies to help you reach your health goals.

    + Add-On Customized Meal Plans

    • We will put together a completely custom meal plan and/or recipe book designed to meet your unique needs, goals, and preferences.

Osteopathy Services

  • Initial Osteopathic Manual Assessment

    • Review of health history

    • Discussion of treatment outcome goals and expectations

    • Customized, full-body osteopathic assessment and treatment

    • Recommendations for continuing care

    Follow-up Osteopathic Manual Treatment

    • Customized osteopathic treatment in line with previous continuing care recommendations

    •  Adjustment and updating of ongoing care recommendations


    Urgent Osteopathic Treatment

    • Call to book. For managing symptoms associated with sudden injuries

    Follow Up and Ongoing Monitoring (30 min)

    • Review progress, address ongoing concerns and evaluate treatment, lifestyle changes and medications

    Phone Follow Up (15 min)

    • A brief check in to touch base and support in-person visits

    Acute Care Episodic Visit (15 min)

    • Assess onset of new symptoms (ex. cough, rash, UTI, mild injury), answer questions and recommend treatment

    Collaborative Care Appointment (15 min)

    • Offer focused support and comprehensive care in collaboration with the Integrative Health Collective care team
