I’m Leeauna Duchesne, a Registered Dietitian and Accountability Coach helping busy professionals lose weight, keep it off, and feel in control of their health again. I work virtually with clients across Ontario and British Columbia, guiding them through a simple, no-nonsense approach to lasting transformation.
My coaching style blends proven nutrition strategies with real-world practicality because I know that life, work, and social events don’t stop just because you have a goal. I focus on sustainable weight loss first, with gut health as a powerful lever to boost energy, improve digestion, and make your results stick.
Many of my clients also come to me for help with digestive concerns like GERD, IBS, and IBD, or to navigate elimination diets and food reintroductions. I use a functional nutrition lens to uncover root causes, reduce symptoms, and restore balance, so you can feel better from the inside out.
Alongside my private practice, I partner with F45 gyms to teach members how to fuel their bodies for better performance, faster recovery, and visible results.
If you’re tired of “starting over” and want consistent support, accountability, and a clear plan, I’ll help you finally see changes that last - without extreme diets or rigid rules.

Xander Waugh is a certified Osteopathic Manual Practitioner based in Windsor’s Walkerville area. His passion for human health began with the pursuit of a Bachelors degree in Neuroscience and a Masters degree in Human Kinetics at the University of Windsor. Outside of the lab, Xander applied this knowledge as a Personal Trainer & Mobility Coach to relieve pain and improve the health of people with complex injury history for nearly a decade.
Xander proceeded to obtain world-class professional manual osteopathic training at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy in Hamilton, earning a Masters in Osteopathic Manual Science (M.OMSc). Xander’s practice employs the Collective Mechanics model of osteopathic treatment, which uses a whole-body, integrated approach to remove structural impediments to the body’s ability to recover from injury and express optimal health. Every treatment is uniquely crafted based on the patient’s specific needs — no cookie-cutter protocols or memorized techniques involved.
Lora is a Nurse Practitioner dedicated to helping patients feel their best through a personalized and compassionate approach to care. With a clinical focus on gastrointestinal health and women’s health, she works to uncover the root causes of symptoms and empower her patients with the knowledge and tools they need for long-term wellness.
Her path into integrative health was shaped by both professional and personal experiences. While working in primary care, Lora saw many women struggle with the challenges of menopause and perimenopause without finding the support they needed. At home, she also witnessed a loved one battle severe gastrointestinal issues that conventional medicine could not resolve. These experiences inspired her to expand her practice into integrative health, where she blends evidence-based medicine with holistic strategies to address the whole person, not just their symptoms.
She earned her nursing degree from the University of Windsor and has built her career on a strong foundation of patient-centered care. Patients appreciate Lora’s approachable nature and the time she takes to truly listen, making each visit both supportive and collaborative.
Outside of her professional life, Lora is happiest when she’s traveling, cheering on her kids from the sidelines at the rink or courtside, or enjoying the outdoors through hunting and fishing.
